Yes. Every Las Palmas 24 Transfers ride is a private, individual transfer. Only you and your registered travel companions are in the vehicle. There's no shared shuttle bus, no stops at other hotels, and no waiting for delayed passengers. The car sets off as soon as you're on board.

Your driver waits for you in the arrivals area, right at the baggage hall exit of your flight, inside the terminal building. They hold a sign with your name. You don't need to leave the building or look for a car park. If you can't find each other, call the mobile number from your booking confirmation – the dispatcher is available around the clock. One large case and one piece of hand luggage per person are included, at no extra cost. We also carry bulky items such as bikes, surfboards, golf bags, buggies or wheelchairs, but they need space: please choose the "Minibus 5" tariff in this case, or note the item in the comments field of your request. We do not charge a separate luggage fee.

Up to 3 people with normal luggage: the "Vario" tariff – the best value for money. If you want a guaranteed Mercedes E-Class or V-Class, choose "Saloon Car". From 4 people, or with bulky luggage, "Minibus 5" is right; up to 7 people, "Minibus 7"; for groups of up to 10, the Sprinter. If in doubt, just tell us your passenger number and luggage – we'll suggest the right vehicle.

No. You don't provide a credit card or pay a deposit. The confirmed fixed price is paid directly to the driver at the end of the ride. This means you carry no upfront payment risk if your trip changes.

Informally by email, WhatsApp, text or phone – one sentence is enough, no reason needed. There are no cancellation fees, even at short notice. We simply ask you to let us know as early as possible so the driver isn't sent out unnecessarily. Nothing – at least not for you. The driver and dispatch team track your flight status using the flight number you gave at booking, and adjust the pick-up time automatically. Waiting time isn't charged. Only if your flight number changes – for example, if you're rebooked onto a different flight – please let us know briefly. No. The zone price applies around the clock, seven days a week, including public holidays and carnival week. There's no luggage fee and no surcharge for child seats. A different price can only arise if the basis of the booking changes – for example a different destination zone, unregistered extra passengers, or extra luggage that can't be transported.

Yes, free of charge. Please give the age and approximate weight of the children in the comments field, so the driver brings the right infant seat, child seat or booster. Children count towards the total passenger number.

Typical journey times outside rush hour: Las Palmas city around 25 minutes, San Agustín and Playa del Inglés around 20–25 minutes, Maspalomas and Meloneras around 30 minutes, Puerto Rico around 40 minutes, Puerto de Mogán around 50 minutes, Agaete around 55 minutes.
