Entering this holiday-apartment-studio in the 4. upper floor (with elevator), you will find first the entrance to the clean, newly renovated bathroom with shower and Washer. The secon door on the right hand leads to the small Kitchen, equipped with mit Hotplates, Freezer/RefrigeratorMicrowave, Toaster and Coffe-maker, also all necessary crockery for self catering holidays in Las Palmas.
The combined living-sleeping room (=Studio) begins righthand with 2 movable single beds with higher quality mattresses. Lefthand a wall wardrope and another wall unit with TV. The bed-couch offers additional capacity. 2 tables and >4 chairs offer dining inside or outside at the sun-terrace.
The spacious Sun-terrace with frontal ocean-views offers table with chairs, parasol and sunlounger and offers a spectacular view offer the canteras Beach and the northern coastline of Gran Canaria
