Both holiday rentals, the Studio and the Mini-Apartment are located in a quiet pedestrial zone and only arround 100 meters away from the Las Palmas Canteras beachfront. The relativley small building has only 5 flats on 3 levels. Both rentable holiday flats are located in the 1st upper floor, the Studio with views to the street, the Mini-Apartment with views to the Atrium.

The Sargento Llagas STUDIO comes with a nice decorated living-sleeping room (= Studio) eqipped with a comfortbale King-Size-Bedl and addtional Sofa/Couch. The Kitchenette with bar is very nice integrated. The well equipped and clean bathroom with shower comes also with a very useful on longer stays.

Situated very calm in the rearmost part of the building is the Mini-Apartment: it dispones over a small separate kitchen, followed by the floor leading to the Mini-Salon (with foldable extra bed), the bathroom with shower and washer ending finally in the sleeping room with 2 single beds.
Sleeping room, Mini-Salon and kitchen are arranged arround the little Patio, which spends light and frsh air. The Mini-Apartment is limited for occupations up to 3 Persons (2 Persons recommended).
